How It Works

Technology Flow

Allwater E-SOFT uses a software-controlled unit to send dynamic digital signals (2K–60K Hz) through signal cables wrapped around a 304-grade stainless steel pipe. These continuous pulses break down calcium and magnesium minerals into micro-particles and neutralize active ions—preventing new scale buildup while dissolving existing deposits without touching the water.

Digital antenna

A cable wraps the outside of a high-pressure UPVC pipe and its signal penetrates the pipe wall without physical contact.

Random frequency modulation

An IP67-rated control panel emits between 2,000 and 60,000 digital pulses per second to prevent mineral crystallization.

Scale breakdown

Calcium and magnesium carbonate structure is altered and crystals fracture to micron scale, remaining in suspension.
